Different measurement methods

The thermometer can be used by several methods:

Rectal measurement: particularly suitable for infants and young children. Rectal measurement is generally regarded as a reliable method to measure body temperature. Gently insert the tip of the thermometer following the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Oral measurement: place the sensor correctly in the mouth and keep the mouth closed during the measurement.
