Are you into batch cooking?

If you are here it means the word batchcooking caught your attention, and/or because you cook at home... Ah, how hard it is to find: inspiration to vary the meals offered, time to cook (when you work all day it is not easy) and the energy each day to prepare healthy meals for your child.

Batch cooking is a cooking method that makes weeknight life easier. It is based on preparing, in one go, the different meals for four or five days to serve in the following days. Usually, you do batch cooking on a free day (the weekend, for example), during which you dress up as head chef!

You then store the prepared dishes and ingredients in airtight containers and keep them in the fridge (or freezer, depending on need). During the week, you will simply need to reheat or assemble what you have already cooked.

We agree, in the evening you have to take care of other things besides cooking: play with the children, give the bath, help the older child with their homework, watch your Netflix series?

To manage cooking several meals in advance (compotes, purées...), equip yourself with a food cooker such as the BabyCook Duo® by Béaba or the Nutribaby (+) XL by Babymoov, so your child can eat homemade food every day.

P.S : Béaba and Babymoov offer several storage portions (glass, silicone, plastic) that can help with storage ?. Discover them on this link for Babymoov and on this link for Béaba.
